Prominent Hill Flora and Fauna Monitoring
EBS Ecology has undertaken bi-annual flora and fauna monitoring at the Prominent Hill mine to monitor possible impacts on flora and fauna species as a result of the mining operations and associated activities. The company has set up general monitoring sites for flora and fauna monitoring as well as targeted monitoring for one bird species of national conservation significance and one bird species of state conservation significance.

Beverley Fauna Survey
EBS Ecology was selected to undertake a large fauna survey at Beverley (east of Arkaroola), approximately 600km north of Adelaide.  The survey was conducted as a baseline study for a proposed mine expansion on fauna species and their habitat within the area.  EBS Ecology utilised a range of fauna survey methods to detect the presence of mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians inhabiting the surrounding area.
