Key Personnel
GIS Team
The EBS Ecology team currently consists of Chris Harrison and Bronwen Bowskill. Both are experienced GIS staff with Chris specialising in MapInfo and Bronwen in ArcGIS. The use of both GIS systems provides EBS Ecology with a high level of flexibility to deliver a range of GIS products to clients who use different systems.
Chris has an ecological background having originally joined the EBS Ecology team as an Ecologist. Over time he has gravitated towards the GIS area where it is now his full-time role. Chris has been involved in a variety of GIS projects from preparing simple location maps for projects through to developing an extensive GIS database, with numerous datasets, for a large land manager in South East Queensland.
Bronwen has 8 years experience working in the environmental field in both the public and private sectors and has qualifications in Natural Resource Management, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing. Bronwen has experience in the application of GIS for a range of projects in both consulting and government positions including data acquisition, geodatabase management, spatial analysis and map production. Recently Bronwen has prepared extensive mapping products for several large wind farm projects, a large reserve management plan and a weed management plan.
