Matt Launer - Ecologist

Matt has vast on-ground experience in undertaking flora and fauna surveys.

He has been involved in a number of projects in South Australia involving baseline flora and fauna surveys and threatened fauna monitoring and management. Matt has excellent field survey skills including flora and fauna identification, data collection, data analysis and interpretation.

Matt has developed a keen interest in herpetology as well as arid zone flora. Matt’s past experience in bushland management and on-ground weed control have also given him strong skills in the vegetation management and habitat restoration areas. Recently Matt has undertaken a predator activity survey, surveys for two nationally threatened species of reptile and a large flora and fauna survey in the state's north.
