EBS Ecology undertakes flora assessments and surveys for a variety of reasons.
These can include determining the possible impacts of a proposed development, to form part of a vegetation clearance application under the Native Vegetation Act 1991, to gain a better understanding of a specific species or vegetation community, to prepare an inventory of species which occur within a given area or to determine the extent of threatening processes in an area.
The staff at EBS Ecology are experienced in native and exotic plant identification and have successfully utilised a broad range of flora survey techniques. The company also maintains an extensive herbarium and the full range of equipment for undertaking flora surveys.
